How to remove rear climate control panel

Hi everyone,
Unfortunately, one of the temperature control knob on the rear climate control panel of my 740Le broke off.

The dealer in Canada wants about $2300 CAD to fix it.

I can probably source an used replacement for a fraction of the price.

Does anyone have instruction how to remove rear climate control panel?

As well, does it require any programming after swapping in the new panel?

Thanks in advance.
