Not able to code injectors, Index 12 N63 engine

Hello,

I am having a problem with not bein able to code new index 12 injectors to my car.
It is an F04 2012.
It says everything goes ok, but when I go back to check the coding it is still the same old.
Car is running rough at idle. Gets better when warm. Runs good when you give it some gas. Got faultcode saying that 1 or more injector is not coded.
Any ideas?
This is my biggest headaches ever!
