2020 BMW 740i making clicking and spring noises when braking please help

Hello everyone I am new to Bimmerpost and need your help and input on an issue with my car. I just purchased a new 2020 740i and have been hearing a weird clicking/spring noise whenever I put the car in reverse at slow speed and then brake, it also happens when I drive at slow speeds and tap the brakes. It's really annoying, embarrassing and frustrating. I just want my car to sound normal and not have this issue anymore. If anybody knows what I am experiencing I would greatly appreciate your help as this is driving me crazy! Please give me your input

I have attached a video below of what I am experiencing.

Your car is new and still under warranty. Take it back to the dealer, they should be able to find the issue and fix it.

Take it back to the dealer. Tell them to give you an equivalent loaner and that you will return it when your car is fixed. OR go to BMWNA. The squeaky wheel gets the oil. This dealership will continue to give you the runaround if you CONTINUE to accept their "we can't figure it out" excuse.
What kind of service review did you give the dealer?

Hi thanks for your reply, I haven't given them a review yet. I plan on leaving a bad review if they don't solve this.

Yeah don't go easy on them, tell them if it isn't fixed on your next visit you'll be writing a letter to the big man in Munich, it will swiftly be fixed :-)
