Where do I begin with multiple codes?

Hi there,
I have a 2011 740i (F01) with a number of codes. I am not sure of the history of the car, and therefore I am not sure what work was or was not done on the car by the previous owner.

As the first point of call I replaced the battery. I used BimmerCode and BimmerLink to register the new battery.

There are pressing error which I am attending to (Lambda sensors, one of the door handles constantly draining the battery, etc).

There are many codes in memory however (Info Memory in BimmerLink parlance), and they they come back after clearing them (timing of when/if the codes back depends on which equipment I use). For example, lane change warning lights (in the side mirrors) work fine, but if I don't complete a lane change before the indicators finish their 3 blinks, the lane change warning fault is very likely to come back--with the corresponding warnings on the instrument cluster etc.

I wonder if I can get some help in prioritising the codes (which one should I attend first). This could be because of the urgency of the code (something is about to break or for safety reasons), or because multiple codes might be traced back to a single fault which should be tended to first.

Thanks in advance
