Yeah,...this is part of the group of factory gemset watches that are off catalogue. I think one of the most famous ones is the Rainbow Daytona.... this is what the call a SARU...

I actually like the OEM Rolex gem-set pieces when it's on a President or date just. I'd never wear it, but I can respect it.

I honestly don't love when it's done to a "tool" watch, however, whether a GMT Master or a Submariner, OEM or not. Defeats the purpose of the complication, imo.
