Two 760ix Recall Questions

Howdy.

1. I have been notified that I need 'Safety Recall 23V-700: Hands-On-Off Detection'. How long does this 'fix' take to be done at the Dealer? Is it fairly quick or an all-day thing?

2. How long does the 'Active Lane Change' addition to the Highway Assistant take at the Dealer?

Thanks.

1. Takes about 20 minutes.
2. Is a programming update. Expect the car to be down for several hours. Make an appointment. Do not wait for a programming repair.
