But then I also flip it and think, wait - am I really hoping all those years go by that quick and I'm that much closer to the grave? I don't know...flip flop back and forth, but I find thinking about death helps reframe whether I really want those 20 years to pass quick.

That's an interesting perspective to consider. I'll have to ponder that for a bit.

Was looking at a Springfield EMP but they burned me when they discontinued the 911 and still let me order extra mags for it with the gun. I got the extra mags and they still haven’t told me the 911 was discontinued. At least they didn’t charge me for the gun.
Carry the C2. It's meant for that. I sell a lot of Staccato. I find the grip more ergonomic then the EDC X9. Fits my hands better anyway.

The XC now comes with the new grip and bag. Just saying 😁

I don't carry my C2 DUO. I probably should…..but it was a YOLO purchase. I carry my Sig P365 most of the time off duty; my full size M&P 9mm on-duty…….and everything else in between

No, the exact opposite.

Squib load = zero or little powder resulting in the bullet not leaving the barrel.

This video shows a cartridge with way too much powder.

I think he was referring to the first pull of the trigger being a squib and the second round coming in contact with the one left inside the barrel. But since we can't see anything before this we'll never know

Yeah, that is possible.

Looks like there is a muzzle flash, so either that squib was forcefully cleared or there wasn't an obstruction to begin with.

Either way, that gun is scrap metal now.

Probably even a defective revolver. Looks like the barrel blown out relatively clean.

The Q

Purchased the ERECT9R by Q, now the wait begins.
Has anyone purchased a NFA item recently with the new electronic system? If so, how long did the approval take? They are touting a 90-day timeframe.

Here's another with two 12 gauges and two 9.3x74. I guess if you're hunting big game and don't care about recoil. This puppy must kick like a mule.

If that timeline is true I will be resenting you a little bit! April 8 was the 9-month mark of waiting on my Form 4 filed the old fashioned way.

My previous NFA item took about 11 months from date of purchase, dreadful.

I guess we’ll see, anything under 6 months will be a drastic improvement.
