Settlement Voucher (anyone use it?)

Has anyone used the settlement voucher related to the N63 engine (MY 2009-2014) or tried to use it? Who did you give it to (sales person after a sales price has been reached or while in the finance office, etc)?

As of now I haven't mentioned it to my CA or anyone else at the dealership.

I also wonder whose pocket the settlement comes out of, BMWNA or the dealer. A few years ago, my wife got an X5 with the premium seating package. BMW's web site said it had the massaging feature, but it arrived without. Customer Relations said they would refund the cost of the package, yet the check came from the dealer.

Have a 650 I didn't have to try it they took my car for almost a month and a half Talkin bout oil consumption lawsuit so idk some cars are on they list I believe
