Maybe this will sound harsh, but there is no way I would try to code one of these cars without a sound understanding of how to restore in case of an error. I am sure one of the more knowledgeable here can help you out, but this is one of the things that has kept me from self coding. When I have coded cars in the past I have used a pro (in my case Octopump) and in an abundance of caution, had him do it on site.

I done coding before on my F10 but didn’t experience any problems. I done some research online and notice that I am not the only one on GXX who lost ecu’s from esys by only simply coding, however they managed to restore it by activating flexray ports and recovering from SVT back up. I need a bit of guidance how to do these couple of steps

I'm having this issue with SAS2 module missing. How did they fix it? Just an iStep update?

If you have SVT backup
Go to VCM on file open SVT TARGET - go to master and under SVT TARGET click write SVT
Everything should come back to normal
