Bmw connect app stopped working?
Hi Everyone,
Hope you are all well! I had been using (successfully) my BMW Connect App to start my car each morning. Also fooling around with the locate feature and the 3D Imagine feature. Then suddenly, it stopped working. It won't connect to BMW Server as of Feb 28th. (2 months after getting my car) Anyone know why? Am I supposed to get some sort of subscription for it? Seems weird that it should end 60 days (to the day) from delivery. Thoughts? |

Mine refreshes and shows my car is in the same spot as it was in Feb 28th - Can't start it - Can't locate it currently, still shows i have 6 gallons of gas. I even got a brand new phone (not because of that lol) and resigned in to the new device and it still shows it where it was on the 28th.

When you go into the BMW Connected app, then goto "HUB" at the bottom of the screen. You should see a "Booked Subscriptions" button, tap that and it will show you all the services you have active. If everything you are expecting is there, it could be an issue with the service at BMWs end.

OP: Have you gone into the BMW Connected website and seen something like this? Does it say remote services active?
Plus, have you tried deleting the car on the phone app, and then adding it in again? You will need your BMW connected credentials. My app stopped seeing where my car was, and had wrong fuel and mileage info. Deleting on phone and re-entering is what I did to fix it.
