750li Maintenance advice

Hi folks, took my 750li for an oil change and state inspection, and while the car passed inspection, they recommended me to do a whole bunch of maintenance adding up to $5k. Some items seem reasonable, but I'm not sure about other items. Attached the picture with everything they're suggesting. What are your thoughts on this?

Also can someone point me to the maintenance manual / schedule online for this car? I couldn't find it by searching.

Personally I go to my 6 year trusted Local Bmw tech simply because I feel it's a more personal experience along with the attention to detail a good local tech can provide vs a dealership and another pro is the price the local shop will turn that 5800 into 2000 easy without sacrificing quality in parts. best luck and happy servicing !!

Remember that even the tech’s are salesmen. They are recommending all this stuff so they can make $$$ too. I think plugs are due at 60k so that could wait. If your tires are worn and alignment are off, those items should not wait. No reason to change your battery if it is not worn out yet. Brake pads and rotors, same thing, are they toast or not?

No, nothing is toast on this car. What is this injector flush they're recommending? Never heard of such a thing being recommended maintenance on a modern bmw. Same with power steering fluid flush - is that supposed to be regular maintenance?
