Oddly enough I'm starting to think I'm bothered by the scale of the headlights next to the big grills.

Same here. In fact, as soon as I saw the 4 series coupe prototype, I thought the overall design and the grill looked awesome and I'm looking forward to getting an M4.

People are so afraid of change. If we didn't have change, all of our BMWs would still look like this. Nothing wrong with this design... but we need progress.

Still looks comically stupid.

I suppose they achieved their goal of having people talk about the 7-series again. Nobody noticed or cared when this generation originally hit dealers .

I think this particular 7 in that color with those wheels/options looks pretty good. It looks rather executive.

Exactly, when my uncle 1st changed to pre-lci 740Li. We were like oh ok a 7. But when he changed to 740Le LCI (Only in Malaysia). Even my dad is amazed on that big ass grill and everybody in my family talks bout it.

Joe works on his own, thats why he has a 7. And if you are in London, you can rent his services. If you google his name you can find where to book.

I think the 7 LCI with its huge grill is by far the nicer car than the pre LCI with its funny little one...

I didn't except those changes on the LCI, but if I had to choose between the pre LCI and the LCI, I would go for the LCI again!

By the way, I'm also a chauffeur! I own my 7 LCI privatly and you cannot hire me

Thumbs up

I don't give AF what nobody says.... BMW has finally delivered a Flagship Sedan that can compete with the S Class or any Luxury Sedan in terms of curbside appeal and presence.
I decided to skip the current 16'-19' because it is far too bland IMO. I will definitely grab one of these LCI 20' M Sport models sooner than later...

That is an awesome colour!

I like both the LCI and pre-LCI. At first glance you cannot even tell the difference between the two!

Rushed in getting a new pre-facelift 11 months ago, because of lease ending in early March and dislike of tacky, overwrought LCI not even ready until April. One hopes the next generation isn't going to evolve from that, but that is hopeless anyway per BMW history (LCI hints at design proposals being studied for NEXT).

RR

Does anyone else see a familial resemblance to a Rolls Royce from the side view? It is certainly big enough, and RR has been using the 7 series platform as the base for some models.
