Car rebound/jolting when coming to stop normal?

Have a hybrid 740e and having an issue when braking. When coming to a complete stop, at the very end of the braking when the car has actually come to a full stop, the car seems to rebound or jolt the passengers back and forth in their seat every time. Even braking as slowly and gradually as possible, it is impossible to avoid. Have tried lifting foot of brake right before stopping then returning braking pressure and the same thing happens.

Took it to the dealer and they said it's behaving as normal. I've never experienced something like this before in any other car so I find it hard to believe that BMW could make their most luxurious car come to such a jolting stop. S class, Range Rover, other bmw, Nissan etc... Nothing else does this.

Does anyone else have this experience with their car? It's not subtle, if you have it you will know.

Thank you

Edit: I can add that the car has the blue M Sport brake option if it matters
