Front lower grill replacement

I am looking to replace the front lower grill piece. Can someone tell me how to do it? It is #3 in the diagram.

Surely it doesn't require removing the bumper.

I am also facing this problem, did you manage without removing the bumpers?

Bumper removal is mandatory to replace the lower grill elements (they snap unto the bumper from the inside). ACC camera is not physically attached to the trim piece and not removed during the process; therefor an alignment should not be needed.

You need to take it to a body shop and have them do it. It is an insanely difficult process. You think you are going to break something taking it off.

I managed to replace it myself rear air suspension and EGR valve, brake pads front/rear - definitley I will also manage to remove bumper myself if this is necessary, but I just ask is it possible to "replace" the lower plastics (need to paint them to be black again) without touching the bumper.
