Coolant Leak B58

I have a coolant leak (740 B58). Not sure where it is coming from. It looks like maybe the heat management module or possible oil filter housing if coolant runs in it.

Are either a common place for them to leak? If I tackle it myself how hard is it? If I take it to a shop how many hours book time is it?

My understand is the intake comes off and everything comes out the top.

If I do tackle it are there any other parts I need to replace while I am in there?

My Audi S8 that same trim is a minute job. On the BMW the whole front comes off which is insane. I had to replace the night vision camera on the Audi and a parking sensor which involved removing the front bumper. That required a $600 dynamic alignment which the dealer is the only place that can do them. They screwed it up the first time so had to take it back to do it again. It is a 4 hour trip for 2 people to the dealership to leave a car.

I don't like taking bumpers off with sensors I have to take to the dealer when reinstalled for alignment. It wastes a lot of my time and money dealing with there incompetence.

I am just not familiar with the BMW and think I am going to break all the plastic since I don't know where the screws and clips are. Give me something old made out of metal and can remove it no problem.

Pulled the intake which was pretty easy except for 2 hoses on the underside that are clipped on. One of the clips went flying and can't find it. Hunted for the past hour and no luck. Will have to get another one.

Garage List
Couldn't be leaking from oil filter could it? Or am I just not familiar with the engine?
