Driving Assistance in 2017 vs facelift models 2020

Is it worth to get a 2020 7 series because of the upgraded drivers assistance tech? I know in those years you can get the driving assistance professional where it monitors your eyes. Do you guys think the older pre 2020 driving assistance tech is just as good? I usually have a lot of traffic in my commute and I mainly use the driving assistance in traffic.

As far as I know, Driving Assistance Professional only gives you few more scenarios where you can drive with your hands off the wheel and automatic lane change, compared to Plus.

Personally, I never take my hands off the wheel when car is in motion and automatic lane change is quite violent at times, so for me, it's not worth it. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
