Location of front fuse boxes?

I am trying to hardware my V1 and can't locate all the fuse boxes. The fuse diagram in the rear trunk fusebox shows both a front right and front left fusebox. Has anyone located them?

It is not by the battery, like my F30 was, or in the glove box like my E63. There are a lot of plastic covers in the engine bay, some are snap fit and I've looked under those, but some have a fastener and thought I'd see if anyone knew where they are first. I've done a Google search but have come up empty so far. Does anyone know where they are?

if the G12 is the same place as an F30 maybe... but a bit of a long shot.

If you look at the rear fuse box...you should probably find a laminated fuse index/diagram folded up and slipped into a storage slot.

If you find your fuse index/diagram...it will give you multiple information. You'll see a bunch of icons with numbers next to them. These icons are the same one used on switches etc around the car (hopefully that will help in some way to understand what they represent). The number location of the fuses can be found by looking at the fuse index sheet...and you will also see a chart that lists each fuse number and that fuses amperage.

You give no indication as to why you are looking for fuse info...so hopefully this will lead you to the what/where/why/etc of your inquiry.

The images below are an example of the fuse index chart found folded up in the rear fuse box of my f06 650ix GC...and what the sheet actually looks like. Yours should be similar. Another tip...in the pic below of the fuse index chart...the icon that is circled is for the sunroof...and you can tell because that same icon is on the sunroof switch.

Where is the BDC fuse box located? I've searched all over and can't figure out. I need to see if my f12 fuse is out for my rear shade and trunk open/close function not working. 2018 750.

Actual fuse box documents with edits - 2016 G12 750i xDrive

Pulled this from my own car. NOT something accessible in NewTIS - except for a non-specific wiring diagram.

I've got a G12 RHD and the problem I ran into was that while you could remove all the plastic kick panels etc and see the front maybe 70% of the right hand cabin fuse box, in order to wire anything into it you had to somehow remove or drop the fuse box and this seemed an impossible and complicated task. I wanted to wire in both a V1G2 and a BMW Advanced Care Eye 2.0. Getting to the wiring side of the fuse box was just horrendous (and I am an elec eng)

I found the cabin fuse box on the right side of my RHD 740Li (G12) but it is set back and about half of the fusebox was impossible to see... I am hoping I never blow a fuse in the engine proximal end of the fuse box because other things that cannot be moved block even being able to see it.

I had wanted to access the fuse box to install ACE 2.0 buut because nobody could tell me how to make the fuse box in a RHD more accessible, my ACE 2.0 kit is still sitting in its box in the garage

Sorry about that...it should be public by 4:15pm 11/17/23. Its just a short tech video that show to remove panels etc to gain access to the front fuse box area.
