Anyone have over 60k miles on their 7? Anything in particular that fails after the mileage? Already had the turbo coolant leak fixed once and the grill shutters repaired as well as comfort access on one door repaired and the door actuator fail on one side also |

I just bought the bmw ctek battery and I garaged the 7 as my cpo warranty just expired and I don't want to drive it as much. Hopefully the battery charger will prevent some electrical issues from occurring |

I just had my 8HP75 on my 730d G11 Gearbox fauilure at 150k km. Had the car for the last 3 years. I did an oil change and after 100km just had Gearbox error with some smal smal debries in the new oil.

Nice to see alot of n63 cars in here with considerable mileage. Bought mine with 36k miles, and i typically do about 20k a year so im hoping i can get a 3 solid years out of it.
Sold my e66 with 238k miles and sold my e38 with 200k and both were fantastic. |

Ok I jinxed myself…. My coolant expansion tank just went to shit lol. Easy ass diy repair. Took me like 30min. Only thing that sucks with these G12 cars is everything seems to be dealer only and they love to royally bend you over for any little part 😒

I’ve got 72k on my 2016 750i xDrive. Literally got the car one month ago and have already had a coolant leak (repaired for $600 at indy) and currently have a washer fluid leak. Not going to worry about that one. Just got the Endurance warranty (Select Premier)…$3900 for 5yrs/75k miles.

Well hopefully you can post about it again after they compensate you for your recent claims as testimony of your experience.

The coolant leak was repaired before I got the warranty. My coverage plan isn’t exclusionary, so I doubt the leaking hose would’ve been covered and I’m almost certain the washer fluid reservoir isn’t covered either. It’s more peace of mind for the big things that could go wrong. The exclusionary plan would’ve been around $8300.

Just gone over 74k miles with my 730d G11 2016 U.K. model. Besides my A/C compressor at 50k no further issues, still love the car and these Diesel engines are great. Averaging 45 to 67 mpg (U.K. gallons) motorway mostly. Safe travels everyone.

Slightly envious that I cannot get a diesel 7 Series in the US. Was the proud owner of an X5 35d that I highly regret getting rid of…

I met a chap the other evening who came to collect a couple of Goodyear Runflats I was selling. He had a 2017 740e with 208,000Km or 129,000 miles. Looked fresh and according to him has had no major issues,

740LD xDrive 5 years old (2016). I've had it 4 months now.
111k when I got it 114k miles now I got the RAC to do an in-depth check - even oil analysis before I bought it though - it's a risk, but so far so good and I love it Kidney grille shutters weren't working. I managed to persuade BMW U.K. to fix them for free Will be needing new tyres and brake pads soon |

740x LD - oct 2018 . Now at 48.945 miles . No issues at all.
Was so close of changing it but due to insane delivery times for new models I will keep it ...unless I find a really good 750x or 760x.
