Upgrade Display key/Rear touch screens

Hello fellow owners. I'm new to the forum and I'm looking for some assistance. I totalled my 2013 750i M sport and replaced it with a 2020 M sport. I was trying to get information on upgrading to a display key and adding the two 10' rear seat compartment screens since my car has the rear tablet. But none of the BMW dealers in Texas could assist me and BMW Assist makes you wait over an hour on hold before putting you on hold and allowing the call to drop.

Rear seat entertainment is so easy to add
I did it on my F15 and G12, 2020 has MGU and after adding screens and RSE MGU you have to do certification from bmw-it's also easy
You have register to bmw service website and pay one day access - overs there is option to send and receive certificates file
Or other option - HU MGU do just FDL for RSE and you don't have to do certification
If you need any help or question just let me know,
Display key or any keys for G series - only from dealer, not possible so far via third party software programing

The point about the Display Key is that it needs to be unused. I got mine from the BMW dealer and it was simple to pair it. Lots of used ones up for sale, but even BMW can’t currently pair a used one to a different car.

Thank you both for the responses. I'm not fluent on electrical installations other than plug and play. I guess I'm more disappointed the dealers offer no input on the RSE for my car. I don't think I even got to ask any them about the display key out of frustration. At leat I now know it can be done. Since they repeatedly told me I have to have the part numbers if you have any I would appreciate it. Thank you again.

The display key is not really useful other than for remote control parking. The My BMW app is easier to use.
