I've decided I need to take a massive step back. I'm being a big douche. No new car. Sticking with cheap 128 and keeping the bike. I shouldn't really have either, to be honest.

Bro, I sold my heavily modded Z a couple of months ago, and I'm dumping my $$$ into an M car. I don't even make that much, but my bills are low, and I'd rather spend my money on cars, good food, and liquor. Shut that Prius talk up!

Not serious. I'm keeping my fleet of the bmw and the bike. I was going to buy a civic and a 996 for off days, but no need to jump the gun. I'm happy and blessed with what I have, some days I don't even think I should have this, but I do.

Good! I've got a (soon) car payment, car insurance, health insurance, gas, and food bill. But I'm only 22, so I still get to live back at home for awhile. Regardless, cars >>> everything.

Not too far off, haha. I spend maybe $200/mo. on gas, as most of my commute is highway. Other than that, health insurance is about $200, my auto insurance will be about $1,650 every six months, and my payment will be a little over $1,000/mo. Other than that, I spend maybe $400 or so every month on food/groceries and miscellaneous stuff. I just put everything I can on my credit card, so I can build as much good credit as possible.

I'll probably be moving back out in the next year or so, once I land a better career position. Thinking about maybe going to law school. But until then I'd rather save what I have left over for mods and other random things, haha.

If you're looking into getting a Prius, have you looked at some other alternatives? Chevy Volt is nice, from what I hear.

Yeah my finances are pretty high right now, but next year I should have a bunch of the higher payments done and over with, so then I'll start looking into a fun summer car.

LOL, I wouldn't ever put myself in a Prius. I'm just going to keep the bmw and bike for now and just live with it. I just hate that I've put 50k miles on the car in the last year alone, so it's just a little disgruntling.

I'd be happy to put on 50k miles on a car in a year, at least you drove the shit out it. I put fucking 10k kms on my z4 in the last 3 years and I'm losing a shat load on depreciation. I've been trying to sell it for the last 6 months and it's still sitting around while cats fuck hard on the hood. I have cat claw marks to prove it. Apparently buyers aren't in to that shit.

I'm sorry but that shit made me lol, as sad as it makes me in reality. It definitely gets driven, and hasn't really been much of a maintenance monster as I thought it would, so I'm sure I'm going to hang on to it for at least another year. I'd never subject myself to drive a Prius, I'd rather jump off the edge of the grand canyon with a parachute that I know wouldn't deploy.
