Retrofit features?

This isnt a specific request but I was just wondering if anyone has retrofitted their car with any options with relative ease? For example it would be nice to add the ambient air feature to my car and I am just wondering if it is possible without excessive work? Or any other significant features such as blind spot mirrors?

I wanted to as well, its not easy, and its pretty expensive. Besides programming there is a pump that needs to be installed.

Ambient air is fairly useless and does not justify the cost, IMO; you'd be better off with an air freshener if that is important to you. As Jay Pichardo posted, BMW will not even offer this feature in 2021.

Totally disagree with this post. First of all, it's only $350, which on a $100K+ car is peanuts. Also, not only does the system freshen the air with fragrance, there is also an ionizer which has been proven to remove pollen, mold, and bacteria from the air. That itself is worth it to me.
