G12 front bumper lower grill removal

Hey guys. New to forum. Have a 2018 740xi. I am having new rims, tint and getting wrapped so I will post pictures Monday hopefully.

I am trying to remove the lower grills that are on the m sport bumper. Anyone know how to do it. Do I have to remove the bumper? I have to get them painted.

Without removing bumper, it's impossible to remove them!
They goes out inside (not outside)
