Bmw g12 skylounge rear shade not open not working

Hi any one can help me solve this problem i went 2 times and problems solved they change motor twice after less then a year gone again and told me that motor was deffect and changed again now again is not open skylounge rear shade stay close. I reset more then ones but still persist. I have a error code 038203. Can some one help me pls?
