What does this warning symbol mean? 740e

740e has a check engine light, and I noticed that when I turn it off and on this symbol comes on for a few seconds then disappears. Tried to find it in the manual but can't. Anyone know what it means? I've been complaining for months that the emergency braking feature barely works, even set to early intervention, wondering if this is related. Not sure if it's actually related to the new check engine light in any case (I don't think it is)

Is it normal for this symbol to come for a few seconds when first starting the car?
