G12 blinds radiators

hello happened beda does not open the upper blinds, always closed, lower blinds when the car is switched off they open and when you start them close. Codes ista shows 21B043, 21B042 blinds blocked, after some time discarded CEL. Can you help me?

I didn't know we had upper and lower shutters on the grilles, I think it's probably better to take it to the dealer they will be able to sort it out for you.

Those at the lower part of the bumper. Mainly affecting A/C and gearbox / oil (?) coolers down there.

You can find in LT from Salvage car motor, which open grills and change it! Separately motor not selling, it comes completely only!

Also if the car is from accident, maybe wiring was damaged and no one put eye it
