Connected Drive Packages

Our cars come with 3 years of full-blown connected drive services, after which we need to renew.

Last year, at the end of year 3, I renewed with the Connected Drive Excellence package, which renewed all options, including concierge.

Today, that expired, and the Connected Drive Excellence package is no longer available.

I think I can replicate this with the following from the Connected Drive Store:-

1x Connected Booster Package (BMW Online, Real Time Traffic, on-Street Parking, Alexa integration, online voice processing, remote services including 3D view)
1x Concierge Service
1x Map Update Package (over the air and USB)

Am I losing anything, as I can’t get back in to check what was previously in the Excellence package?

Why do they make it so difficult for no apparent reason!

I think it depends on what year car you have. I only have 1 option for my 2016 740i - which is the BMW connected services. This includes:
1. Amazon Alexa Car Integration
2. Remote Services
3. Advanced Real-Time Traffic Information
4. Online Speech Processing
5. BMW online
6. Automatic Map Update

Personally, I prefer Carplay.
