2010 E91 . 328i

Got some wide-angle mirrors online to install and the "male-to-female" wiring obviously isnt compatible as-is.
In dont even know if/how to activate heated glass if i even have that feature (but i believe it has the winter package because i have the heated steering wheel.

Has anyone seen this/installed these before?

First image with plug is for heated and auto dimming mirror, second image is a heated mirror only, not auto dimming.

I'm in the same boat. I need to find a heated auto dimming mirror without having to sell a kidney.

i dont mind losing the auto-dimming, but id like to figure out how to reconnect the heating.

The OEM glass has a 4-pin female connection with "band wiring" to some sort of circuit-board heating sheet behind the glass (which you can see in the corners as neon orange circuitry).

Haha.. we should trade.
I have a driver side glass that is heated, but the housing is for heated and auto dimming. So I'm on the lookout for a heated and auto dimming driver side LCI mirror glass.

Well i bought these because they are a little convex (wide-angle.)
Heated is very useful in Vancouver winter,
dimming is non-priority.

IF you want these OEM, non-wide, heated, 4-pin... by all means. (I can't confirm dimming feature).
