Financing and Lease
Has anyone here actually locked the finance or lease terms ? Bmw is advertising .9% for 60 and a lease special on the m3. But, has anyone actually gotten those rates/terms?
Just wondering so I know what's realistic. |

Oh, I hadn't seen 0.9%. Last I'd seen was 1.9%. I've always leased, but I'm considering buying this one with a larger down payment to get the monthly cost down and then be able to sell if after 3-4ish years (Maybe for the LCI?) and then have a nice amount of equity to apply to the next one. It seems lease payments are going to be $1200-1300 with no money down.
Here are good calculators I've been using to figure out numbers. https://www.amortization-calc.com/au...an-calculator/ https://leasehackr.com/calculator

yeh my build came to 90k back in Nov 2020, Don't know what the dealer MF or residual was but with 2k down he quoted me 1500k monthly. Hoping since I'm loyal, they'll give me some rebates.

This is my 5th car from the same dealer, 4th from the same CA, and while I am hopeful for a decent deal it's a brand new car so I'm not expecting too much.

1.79% is their rate for 36 mos financing.
2.29% is the lowest rate they advertise for 60-72 months. NavyFCU Offers a Senior Member Program where they give one percentage point if you’re enrolled in the program. I qualified for 2.29 then received the percentage point which reduced the rate to 1.29% |
