Um, wow! That is absolutely gorgeous. It's spendy but anything M is I'm learning. I'm considering the seat backs as well and with them being "only" $1800, I feel like you get more bang for your buck with the seat backs.

That said, you are not going to see the seat backs while driving, the steering wheel is something you will see (and feel), every time you use the car.

So I'd go with the steering wheel if you have the means and wait on the seat backs if you can't do both at once.
