Any Data on 18" Wheel/Tire Set for G42?
Has anyone tried to fit 18" wheels to their M240 yet? I am planning on setting up the car for the track and curious if the 18" diameter will clear the calipers from the ZTK package.
When looking at tire options, unsprung mass, and cost, 18 diameter wheels appear to be a better option than the OEM 19 diameter. Thanks in advance! |

I have a set of snow tires mounted on 18" wheels. Inexpensive MSK brand, bought from Tire Rack. Sorry, don't remember the model, but the clear the brakes fine. I think you should be fine with most wheels.

Do you have the handling and cooling package as well? That package includes larger rotors and calipers over the standard 240xi trim.

Pirelli Sottozero 3.
18", 225 profile, square setup. MSW wheels, several came up on the TireRack Configurator for the 2022 M340. I don't know which one I picked specifically. They are in storage now, but any of them should work fine. I was surprised at how nice they drove and handled. No real snow experience this past season though.
