To be crystal clear here, I am looking for recommendations from fellow forum members for a SERVICE advisor at Parkview.

I'm looking for someone experienced who communicates effectively and follows through on commitments. This should be tables stakes but generally isn't. I have kids and other commitments and don't tolerate runaround well.

That said, if this rare bird does not exist at Parkview, that's good to know as well.
