OPR (Other Peoples Rubber)
For those of you who've tracked their cars, you may already know this but I'm posting here for everyone else. I had a chance to drive 3 'parade laps' with 25 other cars at the SRO Fanatec GT race in Sebring this weekend. They were fairly aggressive laps, and I managed to hit 105 between turns 16 and 17.
They led us onto the track right after a GT4 race, but they didn't blow the track off like they normally do in between races. Quite a bit of soft, sticky rubber accumulated on everyone's tires as a result. I drove 530 miles home with my tires extremely out of balance, trying to wear this crap off them. Not sure how long it will take to come off. |

One of the MANY reasons I'd never put a nice daily on the track. Track time needs dedicated track cars, or learn to love the destruction.
