Heat exchanger coolant change

Planning to flush out the factory coolant for the water-air cooler as ambient temps at where i am at on avg 35deg C.

Is there a bung to drain them out and fill or jz a matter of pulling out the top hoses to drain and fill via expansion tank?

Thank you.

How many miles? Is there any reason to flush?

Replacing it with VPracing cooldown in a bid to try and attain lower IATs, still new to be looking at an aftermarket core which will void engine warranty.

This should help. . See attached. It's for a 40i sDrive. The coolant system is divided into a "high temp circuit" and a "low temp circuit".
