Headlight dark spot

Hey everyone. I bought x5 with laserlight month ago and I realized there is a dark spot. Does everyone have this?

Thanks for your reply. Is it identical on both sides(or similar)? Mine isn't identical, that's why I was wondering if it is a defect.

So I go to take a picture of it for you, and of course it's not visible because of how close the inside of garage door is to the front and the reflection of garage door insulation.

However, I know it's there as I read your post last night, went to McDonald's, and noticed it when I pulled up to the building. If I go anywhere tonight I'll try to remember and get a picture of it for you.

Finally was able to get a picture for you. You'll have to zoom in a little, and not sure why my phone decided to make my lights look yellow. But the dark spot mark is on both headlights.

The spots look identical and in the same spot as each other.

Probably a reference point for zeroing

I paid attention at the output today, I also have the dark spots. One on each side. Only can be see at certain distance, maybe 4-10ft or so. Too close for further away, they disappear.

It’s got to be a shadow from some thing in the housing. Nothing related to some thing not working correctly.
