I usually get a 1000 or 1500 fidelity rebate on my cars depending on model and MSRP. I think if you finance or lease you can have up to .75% reduction instead. This isn't anything official, maybe someone who works for BMW can answer Denver Coutu ?

December 2023 loyalty for M3 at least is 1% off rate reduction lease or finance, or $1000 rebate. It’s subject to change at the end of each month, but this amount has been the case for most of the year.

For current interest rate, maybe cash out is better, otherwise u r paying huge amount of interest. It is 7%+ for lease or 6%+ sth for finance.
Thanks for letting me know

Yes the interest rate is crazy high in Canada now. When I ordered my M3 it was 4.49 and when it came it was 7.49 not counting loyalty. Unfortunately some ppl don’t have the funds to cash it out, but if you have a business can always lease it as a business expense for write offs. Always some loophole to explore.

It was in 2021 when I placed my order. Now it’s 6.49 I believe, and they can’t hold your rate it is what it is at the time the car arrives

I'm not thrilled about the ridiculous financing rates these days, so as soon as they drop I will get a bank loan at a lower rate and re-fi it. My assumption is a dealer won't do that, but I will certainly try to negotiate it when the rates do drop, before going to a bank.

In Vancouver, if you try to negotiate it, the sales will wave bye bye I believe. There is no stock for m3 in this moment(1-2 m4s)

Does anyone know if banks are offering better rates than BMW Finance? I know it's an option to go with a bank instead of BMWF but they don't advertise their rates.

In Canada M3/M4 loyalty discount is 1% rate reduction or $1000 cash credit. You will need to provide a copy of an ownership for a 2015 or newer BMW in the household in order to qualify.

You will not find a discount outside of the loyalty credit on the M3/M4. It is a waitlist vehicle.

Key to having a rebate is how much time the car is in dealer inventory. The longer, the higher the chances the dealer will do something to move it. Unfortunately this has nothing to do with corporate programs.

Back in 2021 I had an M3 on order (Wich I cancelled later because of delays) and managed to get round 2.5% rebate on top of loyalty but I don't see having another rebate like this nowdays.

Almost hard to believe I managed to get around 14% on an 2018 M2 in August 2018, the car arrived at the dealer 7 months earlier and wasn't selling because the M2 Comp had been announced. Even got it financed at something like 0.9% Sadly thse days are gone and probably won't come back for a while.

I confirm as well, got similar deal when I ordered my individual G82X back in October 2021. Sure it was not the case during 2022, but who knows now with financing/leasing rates hike, demand might cool down…

Correct. Was first going for RWD but when they announced AWD for “just” $2.5K more, I went for it. Also assuming it will retain greater value in the long term… time will tell.
