Brown dust on exhaust tips

2022 M4 Comp here took possession April 2022, 6000km - stored for winter.
What does browning in exhaust tips mean? I use Lucas Oil Octane Booster as I live in part of Canada where 91 Octane only available. Should I be concerned with the light browning here as most tips of cars I drive are black or grey.

Is that rust? Maybe run the car for a bit every week or two.
