front diff gear oil change

Any techs in here know if there is a recommended front diff capacity? I’ve come across some info that says filling to drip from the fill hole is not recommended for X5 and don’t know if this is true.

Front diff on the X5M calls for 600ml or about 20 ounces.

But of new info. The front diff calls for 450ml for models without self leveling. 600ml for those who have self leveling suspension.
