IND | G87 M2 Painted Rear Reflector Set - Gloss Black
Introducing our newest set of "reflector deletes" for the G87 M2! IND's Painted Rear Reflectors are a must to clean up the busy look of the M2's rear bumper. The factory rear reflector sits in a gloss black recessed "cut-out" area of the bumper that also houses PDC sensors. However while the PDC sensors are also gloss black and therefore blend into the cut-out, the bright red reflector presents another color and finish in a small area that diminishes the aggressive, yet clean look of the rear bumper. Each reflector is meticulously hand sanded, primed, painted and cleared, before being finished off with a thorough polishing and a coat of Adam’s paint sealant. Upgrade the appearance of your new M2 with the IND G87 M2 Painted Rear Reflectors, and make a statement on the road. Product Details:
Please contact IND by phone or email for more information or to place your order. 866.963.4520 | info@ind-distribution.com

Are the pry kits interchangeable for the front and rear reflectors? As in, I plan to buy both reflector sets but only one pry kit.

IND-Distribution - Are you guys planning on offering these with the different "vent" aesthetics like on the G80?

So I was able to get my front paint matched reflectors on no problem, with the rears they did NOT want to budge out of their holes with the pry tools.
Is this just a "hit it with your purse" moment where I'm not prying hard enough? Or do you need to somehow get to the back of the reflectors for removal before putting the black ones in? |

Otherwise you can remove the bolts securing the back of the fender liner and under-side of the bumper cover to reach in from the rear of the fender well.

Thank you for the reply! I’ll take a second look to see if I can get my arm in there, otherwise I’ll go through the fender well liners. Car looks great with the Black M2 badge and the front paint matched Zandvoort blue reflectors. Thanks again!

I know this is around the rear reflector delete, but I cringed watching that video when he just left the pry tool between the bumper and front reflector. That's a big no-no, you can deform the cutout around the bumper with all the heat and pressure. You can even see what looks like a bump in that area after he installed the painted reflector. Maybe you can get it flush with some more heat, dunno. Just a PSA, don't do what he did!

Well, since we're on the subject he also didn't protect the area where the rear bumper meets the quarter panels. He should have placed some tape there. When pulling off and replacing the bumper cover it's easy to accidentally scratch the QP.
