Need allocation asap in LA area no markup, would greatly appreciate it. G80 x drive comp

Your best bet is to call local dealerships and ask yourself. But what you're demanding is kinda hard. You're demanding no markup on the model dealerships still are marking up (M3), demanding it be ASAP, and you're in LA, which is the hottest market for the M cars (I live in LA as well).

I found no markup on my M4 Comp xDrive, but it took over a month to get the allocation. And from what I've seen, I got lucky, and most people wait a lot longer.

You could reach out to a broker. But then you have to pay a broker fee.

You’ll need to adjust your thinking here if you’re serious. We ‘all’ wanted an immediate allocation at/below MSRP, but what we received was much different. What you’re asking for in your area is darn near impossible for this car in this market. You can try again next year, or the year after and you ‘might’ have better luck.

Why don't you contact a broker like others suggested? A allocation isn't going to magically appear. I waited 9 months for mine

I got mine the same day I sent an email to the smallest dealership in the metroplex…
And still with that, allocation received 2/6, production date 4/5, keys in the hands 5/26…
The op has unrealistic expectations…

Any dealer right now is most likely going to tell you 9-14 months. I waited 12 months for mine. Most people I know will put refundable deposits to get on a waitlist on a bunch of dealers and just hope for the best whichever dealer gets allocation first. Imo it’s not going to be easy whatsoever. Good luck

California is tough. I called every dealer in LA, Riverside, and Orange County. Most had no allocations, and the ones that did, were asking minimum $5K ADM.

I went through Next Level Auto Brokers and it's been great thus far.

Next Level is awesome. They found a few allocations within days. I’ve also noticed more alocatuons freeing up. I’ve had a few dealers calling with open spots.

If you’re referring to the emblem on the seat that lights up, it’s a stock option.

Nope, no markup or dealer added options. Beginning of each month is when allocations go out hence best chance of getting one.

Correct. Most dealers I’ve talked too, don’t have a mark up. They may mark up the base rate for financing 1%. Which seems to be all dealers.
