Issue with Side Mirrors

Since I picked up the vehicle the mirrors don’t fold in when parked, and the mirror doesn’t tilt when reversing. Is there a way to fix this in the settings?

Doesn't sound like issues to me.

You have to setup the mirrors to fold in when locking. Go to the "lock" settings and set it up.

The passenger (curb) side mirror will tilt when reversing if the switch that controls the mirrors is set to control the driver's mirror. If you set the switch to the passenger mirror, the mirror does not tilt down.

FYI...there's a specific button that will manually operate the folding mirrors on the driver's door, toward the front of that panel.

Though you can set it up to auto-close/open in settings too.

It only took me 2 months to realize that the dipping mirror feature is defeated when the switch is to the passenger side.
