M240i squealing noise

BMW cant diagnose as its intermittent, and never happens when it goes in. The noise appears to be from the front, and only happens when car is cold and under about 40mph. Can last for a few seconds or up to 30 seconds. BMW cant diagnose from car or video, which is hugely frustrating.
