I'm looking for opinions on how much this car would be worth, or if anybody would be interested in it. Onto the car:

2007 Jet Black/Dakota Black 21k Miles.
-6MT
-Premium Package
-Sports Package
-Navigation
-Ipod 6FL
-Comfort Access
-Heated Seats

Mods:
Vishnu Procede rev.1 V3 stage 2
Vishnu Dual Cone Intake
Riss Racing V1 Downpipes
13% tints
V1 Hardwired w/display gauge inside instrument cluster (will not include the v1 unit itself, will be putting it on my new car

Painted OEM Aerolip
Matte Black Grill
Black Painted Reflectors
CDV Delete
GP Thunder 8500k Angel Eyes

The car is not on a lease or financed, it was purchased outright in June 2007.

The reason for selling this car is because I am looking to pick up a new M3.

I'm looking to get 33k with everything listed.

I don't think you can get 36k if it is an 07 even with all the mods in this economy.
Maybe close to 32k?
It's just my thought though.

You're probably right, i'm just looking for opinions before parting out my car and selling it to Carmax. Thanks for your opinion.

Similar models stock with less features have been fetching 29,900's at ebay - so given thats more indicative than kbb etc I'd say thats a good place to start.

As far as the mod values go - thats really a hard call.
