I'm thinking I may have to sell my 335i sedan to pay for school. It is a 2007 with 39,200 miles on it and is currently my daily driver stock with no modifications now or ever before. The car is in immaculate condition with no scratches or dings. The color is black sapphire metallic with black Dakota leather interior. This car is loaded with nearly every option and it has the external oil cooler too! The car has had the hpfp replaced in December of 2009 with the new model pump and has the warranty on the pump extended to 10/120k so no worries there, and there are no problems at all. The car is still under the original 4 yr/50k warranty and free maintenance plan and the oil was just changed a week ago by BMW here in Gainesville, Florida. Would like to get somewhere close to 29,500 for it. There are other cars with higher miles and fewer options going for prices in the low 30's. The specs on the car are:

I'm sure I'm leaving out a few things, but basically it has every option except the cold weather package. The retail price on this 335i was 51,800 and it is in pristine condition inside and out. The tires have tons of tread left and it is a joy to drive and own. The seats are not worn at all and the car looks new, people actually think it is brand new because of the excellent condition. I'm not sure what its worth but I know there are not many of these with the uber cool active cruise and loaded up like this one with navigation/bluetooth/sport/prem/CA etc, as well as having the desirable black on black color combo. Well KBB says $27.2k in Excellent condition, and $25.8k for good. Realistically maybe u can get $26k ?

Hmm that's a bummer I was hoping for closer to 29,500. I'm deciding between IIT ( Illinois institute of technology) and a MS in environmental
management and sustainablility or Michigan state and a
ms in packaging science. I'm a Packaging science major with a minor in sustainablility now at UF.

I am selling a very similar car here in NY, and since you asked I think your price is pretty close. KBB private seller is not really accurate since most people cannot find cars in those price ranges.

I would suggest looking at sites like AutoTrader.com and Cars.com to get a feel for how pricing looks. You can search dealers and private sellers to get a feel for the difference.

I know that a CPO car would command a bit more money, so you may want to look at getting a price from the local dealer on the certification and offer an option to your buyers.
