Had this pointed out to me.

Someone taking one of my images from my website and trying to sell mugs with it.

[Will need to get on Ebay and start selling my own.]

Message sent to seller, and will be contacting Ebay if they don't delist. Although Ebay are a useless bunch of fuckwits and only care about making money.

Dave,

Surely you are entitled to a percentage of the income received for any product sold based on or containing your image/s?

Did you not have this same issue a year or so ago, when a website was using your images?

Are you looking for them to cease and desist or are you going for a portion of their income this time around?

If I had your talents and so much quality work blowing through the ether I'd be after every robbing f*cker out there.

Fair play to E-Bay. I sent the seller a query stating they were using copyright material yesterday lunchtime. No reply by late last night so sent an email to ebay's support.

Got an email first thing this morning informing me they have removed the item.

E-Bay is full of bedroom Delboys. They don't give it a second thought when shifting stuff. They don't pay for things on the internet ... It's all free to them. They're not real businessmen. They get annoyed when i point out copyright infringement as they are "only trying to make buck" ...

Sorted now.
