This car has been treated with extreme care and well maintained with all documents... I am a perfectionist and have a high standard. No issues whatsoever. It is a CPO and purchased from BMW of Darien. BMW Factory warranty is good until April of 2013!!! Peace of mind.... Clean title.

The car is an absolute stunner...

Alpine White with a beautiful Coral Red Dakota Leather interior and Gloss Black wood trim.

Sports Package, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, Comfort & Convenience package (MSRP $47,200)

Xenon Adaptive Headlights (they turn as you turn), Bluetooth and Voice Command, Automatic folding side mirrors, New BMW premium mats, Daytime Running Lights, AUX iPod Input, Sports Seats, All Wheel Drive (great in the snow), BMW Chrome exhaust tips, Moonroof, BMW Assist (it's like AAA, but you call them using a button in the vehicle and is good until April of 2013), Lumbar support, Run Flat Tires, Door handle lighting, BMW HiFi sound system, Tiptronic, and the list goes on...

Everything is perfect. The wheels have no curb rash. The tires are Run-Flats and have about 80% tread left. The engine is silky smooth.

Low mileage - 45,080 (thats approx. 8,400 miles a year, which is WELL below the industry average of 12,000 - 15,000).

A beautiful car with a rare interior and a smooth engine... Excellent condition and still under BMW CPO Warranty until April of 2013.

I doubt you will be able to find one with the same packages & the same color combination & in the same condition & with the same mileage while still under warranty from BMW, for the same price.

I absolutely love this car... Hell, I may just keep it and put on an m-sport bumper and M3 side skirts, a trip down to the Art of Tint in NYC, and maybe some new v710's

Ended up getting a 2009 328xi E92, Black on black 6 speed with all the options including nav. Has the M3 front and rear bumper and a few other mods but I love the car. You just can't be the white/coral combo imo
