So I'm going to use this in my stir fry (not on the wife's portion). Found it in my basement pantry. She says I'm crazy to use it. Probably as old as the Gulf War. I say, meh, hot sauce don't go bad .

My Mandorin tangerine chicken... With shrimp. ..and my 25+ year old hot sauce. So far so good. If I stop posting, guess I am wrong about hot sauce not going bad

I didn't have to cook this evening aside from the onion rings. When I went for my morning run yesterday, my "next door" neighbour who lives half a mile away, was checking his mail box when I passed in front of his property. There was smoke coming out of his yard and I said to him: "It smells good" to which he replied " I'm smoking some pork". " Keep some for me" as I was running past laughing.
Well, as I was doing some gardening this afternoon, a pick-up truck shows up and there was my neighbour with a tub of BBQ pulled pork and two buns. "Hope you like it". The life in the Country...  And delicious it was. Melted in your mouth just like candy. |
