Basically - it replaces the tires if they are damaged, wear too quickly etc.. I chose to skip the "insurance".

Did the dealer also try and sell you any protection packages or the extension of the maitenance and warranty to six years? IF so what was the cost. I think I remember others talking about it and deciding to wait.
Most of these are "negotiable" and I was wondering what your dealer offered you.
