I would highly recommend:

- Stone Shard.
- Anthem
- Dauntless (just updated yesterday)
- Brawlhalla
- Horizon: Zero Dawn (when it gets released for pc)

Same. The first level or two I was thinking I was gonna be pretty disappointed, but I'm currently a couple missions from the end and have become a big fan.

Yea it gets better the deeper you go (that's what she said). The background music is amazing. I'm trying to get all secrets/etc the first time around but I'll definitely replay the game a few times.

Haha I'll do that mode after hurt me plenty. Just want to get used to the game since it's been a while since I played 2016. The game is definitely more challenging than the previous one. I hate those brain spiders....

I was an absolute fanatic on Destiny 1. D2 is better, but just havent gotten sucked in the same...

After a 7 year hiatus, I'm thinking about picking up call of duty modern warfare again.

I was a pretty competitive player for modern warfare 2, 3 and Black ops. How much as the learning curve these days

I'm sort of enticed by modern warfare 2 remake, and their rip off of Battlefield

I felt exactly the same as you. I played lot of CoD4 and MW2 and then kind of fell off since then. This new MW is the first one I have really enjoyed playing in a long time. Give it a shot. Learning curve isnt too bad. Warzone is fun too.

Admittedly, I rarely booted up my Xbox One since 2015 for gaming. I noticed that you can now purchase modern warfare through the Microsoft store directly as a download. For $60 you get the game plus Warzone.

My question is, if I were to just pick up the game disc, do I still get a free download of warzone or do I have to pay for it?

Used game discs in a lot cheaper than $60.

I understand that I have to subscribe to Xbox live to get all the contents and to play multiplayer
