G11/G12 All LED Headlights vs LED Xenon

i have a 2018 BMW 740xi and looking to replace my headlights with the all LED Headlights. I noticed that all the g11/g12 750's have the all LED headlights and the 740's have the xenon led's. Does anyone know if its possible to replace and reprogram ?

ALL 2018 G11/12's have adaptive LED headlights (750's have ICON/FULL LED's). It should be possible to replace the lights, but the cost is quite high and probably not worth it.

My headlights are damaged after an accident so i plan on replacing them anyways. Im just more worried about the coding that may be involved.
