Got a cracked windshield on my new 25 BMW G80 M3 xDrive

Whats the replacement process usually like for oem windshields?

I have hard time finding the OEM part, and is calibration 100% necessary?

Talked to 2 auto glass parts, one guy said calibration isn't always necessary.
